General Rules: These rules apply to all vehicles in all classes
- Weight classes
- All classes required a minimum of three pullers
- NO alcoholic beverages of any kind on track or in pit areas. Any driver believed to be a potential safety hazard will be barred. Driver is responsible for his or her own pit crew. Failure to observe rules will result in disqualification and will not be refunded entry fee.
- Pulling or tow vehicles must be operated in a safe manner at all times
- ALL drivers must wear shirt, pants, and shoes in competition
- Seat belt are recommended
- ALL weights must be securely fastened. NO weights permitted in cab or under hood. NO lose ballast or bags
- Vehicle must start and stop on signal of track judge, NO use or rear view mirror. Pull will be considered over when forward motion stops. Violators will be disqualified
- ALL vehicles MUST weigh in and pass safety inspection. A 2-1/2 pound fire extinguisher required. (Track judges reserve the right to reweigh any pulling vehicle.)
- NO one is allowed on track or within 25 feet of track except track officials, judges and contestants.
- NO pit crew member is permitted on, except to start vehicle and hook it to sled
- NO one other than driver permitted in vehicle while vehicle is pulling
- Vehicle must start with tight hitch, no jerking or working the clutch after pull is started. Any violation will be disqualified.
- Vehicle and sled must remain in marked boundaries during pull. Any attempt to move sled is considered measurable.
- Contestant must pull in assigned position and within 3 minutes of sled spotting. (Track official to determine position change if necessary.)
- Entries close at start of class, unless due to traffic hold up
- Judges decisions are FINAL in all cases
- First puller is a test puller, with the option to re-pull in third position. All decisions on re-pull MUST be made before vehicle leaves track with the judge’s approval. Any disqualification on first pull, bars second attempt. During pull off only one attempt is allowed to make a measurable pull.
- Rain out (a) during pull; any class not complete will be treated as a rain out. If class must be cancelled after 2/3 of entries have pulled, purse for class must be paid. (b) Pulling season can be called complete if 1/2 of advertised classes are complete. We reserve the right to reschedule.
- If open top, roll bar and helmet with a face shield is required. All vehicles must have a windshield.
- Electric fuel pump allowed in all classes
- All vehicles while being hitched and unhitched will be in park (automatic) or neutral (standard) with drivers’ hands in the air
- Excessive loss of liquid on the track or loss of parts is caused for disqualification
- All vehicles with state inspection will pull in one class ONLY
- Arguing or unsportsmanlike conduct toward officials or judges is cause for disqualification of BOTH truck and driver for the day
- Judges have the option to re-pull all first pullers
- MUST be at least 16 years or older to enter any class
- ALL PULLING IS AT PULLERS’ OWN RISK
- NO dual rear wheels

- NO heavy front bumpers or hanging on weights. Snow plow rigging allowed

Modified Trucks
- Fuel injection, turbos and supercharges will be allowed. Headers may protrude through hood. Hood modifications allowed for fuel injection, turbos and supercharges providing stock appearance is maintained. Multiple carburetions allowed.
- Modified trucks may run without radiator and motor may be moved forward, but must stay behind grill.
- Engine may be different manufactured than chassis entered.
- Frames may be different than make and model of the truck body, but wheels must be original wheel well location in relationship to the body being used. Center of wheel must be within 6 inches plus or minus of center of original wheel well of body being used.
- Hitch can not be higher than frame
- Fuel: Gasoline, Alcohol, Aviation Fuel or any pump gas. NO nitro or nitrous oxide as fuel or additives.
- Hook height - 26 inches. Point of break to center of axle should not be less then 27% of the wheelbase.
- Weight bracket allowed. Weights can be no further than 60 inches from the center of the front axle.

High Output Stock
- All general rules apply
- NO frame alterations
- Limited to one (1) four-barrel carburetor. High-rise manifold allowed. NO tunnel rams.
- Factory fuel injection and turbo changes allowed.
- Must have a fan shroud.
- Headers allowed with mufflers.
- Pump gas ONLY.
- Suspension blocking allowed.
- Internal engine changes permitted.
- Posi or welded front ends allowed.
- Hook height - 26 inches. Point of break to center axle should not be less than 27% of the wheelbase.
- Pennsylvania inspection and registration required. Must be street legal.
- NO wider than 10 inch rims. Tread width must not exceed 12 inches.
- Engine must be the same as manufactured chassis.
- Weight bracket allowed. Weights cannot be further than 60 inches from center of front axle.

- Fuel: Gasoline or Gasohol. All forms of nitro, including nitrous oxide, are illegal as a fuel or additive
- Tire size: limited to 12 inches and 10-inch rims. Must be D.O.T. approved. NO dual tires, chains or studs. NO wrangler type tires
- Suspension blocks are permitted. Lift kits and solid suspension allowed
- Factory fuel injection or turbochargers ONLY
- Any battery powered ignition may be used
- NO shift kits or small converters
- NO welded front ends
- Must hitch off bumper or rear most part of vehicle
- Two add ons or modifications allowed. Modifications
- Inspection and license necessary owner’s card and insurance card may be asked for to verify legality of vehicle

- Heavy front bumper and hang on weights allowed. Weights must be securely fastened no further than 12 inches from the grill
- Can use a pulling hitch hitch cannot be higher than 26 inches hitch must be rigid in all directions
- All general rules apply also
- Weights must be bolted, chained in place, ect. Any weights or parts being lost while on pulling track will disqualify the driver
- No weight frame or weight may be extended more than 24 inches beyond the front of the truck
- Any jerking of the sled or hot rodding in the pit or pit area will disqualify the driver
- Judges will inspect all trucks, to determine if trucks are safe and will be checked for illegal modifications
- Judges will decide what class trucks will pull in
- Truck must stay within marked boundaries
- All vehicles while being hitched and unhitched will be in park, neutral, or with engine shut off, with both hands in the air to signal to the hitcher his safety
- NO one on the track except track officials and one puller
- NO loss of liquid on the track
- NO alcoholic beverages of any kind
- Judges have the right to stop and disqualify any truck if it is not being operated in such a manner that would be considered safe
- Arguing or unsportsmanlike conduct towards track officials is cause for disqualification of both the driver and truck for the day
- If there is a protest the pulling track officials will decide if it is legitimate complaint. (Example: engine modifications and ect.). If they decide it is a legitimate complaint the protested truck will be disqualified
- Judges have the option to repull all first pullers
- All decisions by the track officials are FINAL
- NO weights can be changed while on the track
- Summer Pulls $10.00 Fee

- Each driver has 50 feet to decide to make a re-pull.
- Drivers must be old enough to drive in a safe and responsible manner on and off the track.
- Drivers must be with their tractors and in line while their class is being pulled
- The drawbar cannot be more than 20 inches from the ground, from a stationary point. The hitch cannot move more than 1 inch up or down.
- There must be a 3 inch hole in the clevis or drawbar to accept the 3 inch hook on the sled. The back of the hitch must be less than 3 inches.
- Tractors must meet the approval of pulling track officials.
- NO modification of chassis, except for tire size.
- Tractor must have stock engine and must be stock appearing.
- Tires can be one size over factory size and must meet the approval of pulling officials. No dish wheels, unless they are from factory. NO ALUMINUM WHEELS! NO DOUBLE CUT TIRES!
- NO duals or chains
- Four wheel drive tractors can pull, but front wheels must be in neutral or any assists that would power the front wheels.
- Tractors must have original shields and guards in place.
- Each tractor can weigh in 2 times, after that there is a $5.00 charge for each weigh in.
- Three point hitches must be anchored down if being pulled by it. Any visual assist on this type of hitch will give the driver an automatic disqualification.
- Weights must be bolted, chained in place, etc. Any weights or parts being lost while on the pulling track will disqualify the driver.
- NO weight frame or weight may be extended by more than 24 inches beyond the front of the tractor.
- Any jerking of the sled, hot rodding tractor in pit or pit area will disqualify the driver and tractor.
- Judges will inspect all tractors to determine if all tractors are safe and will be checked for modifications that are illegal.
- Judges will decide what class tractors will pull in.
- Tractors must stay within marked boundaries.
- All vehicles while being hitched and unhitched will be in part, neutral or with the engine shut off. Driver will have both hands in the air to signal hitcher for safety.

- Block must be same as manufacturer of tractor. Must use OEM head. Tractor identifications must be by actual transmission, rear end and chassis, not by decal or sheet metal.
- All engine fans must be shrouded with steel 1/16 inch or thicker, 360 degrees of factory.
- Turbochargers must be under hood. Maximum turbocharger size 3 x 3 inlet bore at the compressor wheel or restrictor plate ¼ thick with a hole no larger than 3” in diameter within 2” of compressor wheel. Compressor wheel must extend into throat of housing.
- Maximum 540 cubic inches on turbocharged diesels.
- Intercoolers and water injection allowed.
- Injection pump size and type must be the make for the tractor. A pump maximum.
- Fire extinguishers required. A 2-1/2 lb. dry chemical or halon type must be used.
- All tractors operating at or over 3,000 RPM’s will require the following:
A.) Flywheel protection in the form of either a scatter blanket or 4” x 3/8” steel around the flywheel area.
B.) Air Shutoff.
C.) Side shields .060 thicknesses.
- Wheelie bars must support weight of tractor this is mandatory
- Maximum tire width is to be 24.5 inches.
- Driver must wear shirt, heavy shoes and long pants. A helmet is required and a fire suit is highly recommended.
- Driver pulling Hot Stock cannot pull Pure Stock or Stock
- Top 4 tractors subject to inspection.

- The first driver in each class has the option to return in the third position to re-pull.
- Drivers must be old enough to drive in a safe and responsible manner on or off the track.
- All tractors will be weighed prior to pull. Weight includes driver.
- All tractors must be of the riding type.
- Drivers must be with their tractors and in line while their class is being pulled.
- All tractors must be stock (patented and factory built .030 oversized will be considered stock bore). In the event a tractor breaks down, it must be repaired with original factory replacement parts (nothing added or taken away). If legality of tractor is questioned, a committee may check the tractor as necessary to determine if legal. (For clipper class or 0-750 class).
- If there is any protest, the pulling track officials will decide if it is a legitimate complaint. (Example: engine modifications and etc.) If the pulling track officials decide it is a legitimate complaint, the protested tractor will be disqualified.
- Four wheel drivers can pull but front wheels must be in neutral or any other assist that would power the front wheel.
- All tractors must be equipped with a grill, hood and seat.
- There will be no governor strings allowed in the clipper class or 0-750 class.
- All weights must be securely fastened. Any falling off will be a disqualification. No weights on seat. Front weight boom or weights not to extend over 72” from rear axle. No weight bar or parts permitted to extend out over 12” to the side of tractor. (Measured from outer sidewall of rear tires).
- NO part of the original frame or any part of original equipment that has bolts to the frame can be cut or burned, except the hitch and the exhaust may be turned up.
- Judges will inspect all tractors and determine if the tractors are safe and also check for modifications that are illegal.
- Weights may be changed from one position to another after weight in, provided no additional weight is added.
- Hitch height; maximum hitch height of bottom point 12 inches measure to inside bottom of clevis. All tractors must be equipped with a 1 inch clevis or equal.
- Hitch must be stationary in all directions.
- Anti-roll equipment must be on tractor except in clipper class. This equipment must be made of strong rigid mounted metal bars using two 5” minimum diameter wheels or two 3” x 3” pads a minimum of 6” apart and extended a minimum of 5” to center behind rear tires, with a maximum of 5” from ground to bottom of pad or wheel’s contact point. No part of the anti-roll equipment can interfere with the sled hook up.
- If tractors front rise to a point the judges feel endanger the driver, worker or spectators, the judge may stop the pull.
- Driver must stop the tractor immediately upon signal from judge or official.
- Tractor seat must stay in fixed position during the pull.
- All tractors must have stock working brakes capable of safely stopping the tractor.
- No engines over two cylinder gasoline or three cylinder diesel will be permitted. Maximum engine horsepower is 25. No two cycle engines unless factory.
- All tractors must have a safety kill switch mounted on the rear of the tractor except for clipper class. Switch must be mounted within 6” of center rear end. Switch must have a ring that a dog chain hook can be attached. Switch must disable tractor engine when pin is pulled. Example: Trailer breakaway switch.
- Random tech checks will be made at all pulling events to ensure tractors are legal.
- Judges decision will be final in all situations! Any disagreement will result in a disqualification from the pull.
- NO alcohol fuel permitted in any class except hot stock.

- Stock equipment only will be permitted.
- Stock hitch must be used.
- Hitch height can be no higher than the rear axle. Hitch must be stationary in all directions.
- A one inch clevis must be used when making a pull.
- NO additional weights are permitted.
- There will be no need to weigh all-terrain vehicles.
- When vehicle stops, the pull is complete.
- All drivers MUST wear a helmet.
- Both hands must be kept on the handlebars at all times.
- Driver must stay seated on the seat.
- Each driver must be old enough to drive in a safe and responsible manner on or off the track.
- Drivers must be with their ATV and in line while their class is being pulled.
- ATV must meet approval of pulling officials.
- NO modifications of chassis except for tire size.
- NO duals or chains.
- Any jerking, hot rodding of ATV in pit or pit area will disqualify the driver.
- Judges will inspect all ATV’s and determine if ATV’s are safe, and will check modifications that are illegal.
- Judges will decide what class ATV will pull in.
- Vehicle must stay within marked boundaries.
- NO one on the track except track officials and one puller.
- NO alcoholic beverages of any kind on the grounds.
- Judges have the right to stop and disqualify any ATV if it is not being operated in such a manner as would be considered safe.
- Arguing or unsportsmanlike conduct toward officials is cause for disqualification of BOTH ATV and driver for the day.
- If there is a protest, the pulling officials will decide if it is a legitimate complaint (example; engine modifications). If the judges decide that the complaint is legitimate, the protested ATV will be disqualified.
- All decisions by officials are FINAL.
- Judges have the option to re-pull all first pullers.
- NO fluid in tires
- NO fuel other than regular pump gas. No alcohol or racing fuel.
- Cargo boxes can be on ATV but must be empty.
- NO riders anywhere on the grounds.
- NO unnecessary driving on the grounds
- In the event of a full pull, park near the end of the track and stay with your ATV until the class is finished. This is in case of a pull off.
- 4 x 4’s can pull in class 1 6 if 4 x 4 is turned off.
- Each ATV can pull one time only.
