The NCRVFC Confined Space Team is a certified OSHA team. It is one of the few departments in Western Pa with the specialized confined space equipment and training. The confined space equipment cost around $40,000.00. The members also use rope repelling & rigging training and equipment in confined space.

New Centerville Fire Company Confined Space Team can go 300 feet from the opening of a confined space on air. Prior to entering a confined space, information on medical & time of entry is logged. They can be on air for several hours.

22 members attended the first confined space class held by Cambria County Fire School.
